Bookings outside of London
Travel fee for any shoots outside of London will be an additional cost on top of the service charge. This will be included on your invoice and needs to me fully paid to secure appointment date.

Payment
After booking request has been sent, we will get in contact to discuss further what exactly the needs are for the shoot, after which an invoice will be sent for you to make payment. 
Full payment is required for booking request to be approved. Without full payment the appointment date is only provisional and you risk losing it.

Late Fee
Please make sure you are on time for sessions as you will only be allowed 10mins of grace period. 
10mins - 20mins - £15
20mins - 30mins - £30
30mins onwards, your appointment will be cancelled with 50% refund and 50% non-refundable of the full-service charge.
No call No show - There will be no refund of any kind.

Cancellations and Rescheduling 
Any cancellation must be 48hours/2 days before appointment. There will be a 20% non-refundable charge on all cancelled bookings.
Cancellation made less than 48hours/2days before session will result in a 40% non-refundable charge.
